Unicorn Wellness Studio

Unicorn Wellness Studio Reiki infused Pilates mat workouts structured around the cycles of the moon. These workouts were more than a way to sweat, they helped to regulate the dopamine deficiency, cleanse my body and digestive system, as well as alleviate Adderall withdrawal symptoms and fatigue.

EMDR with Herb Cohen

“When my therapist, Herb Cohen told me that he could cure me of my Adderall addiction in one session of EMDR, I laughed and said, “there is no way!” But, then I woke up the next day and didn't want to reach for my little orange pill”.

Using EMDR therapy to target the addiction memory, you can get rid of your need for Adderall, forever.

EMDR therapy, also known as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy, is a healing modality used in treating trauma and addiction. It utilizes the relationship between eye movement and the association of stored trauma or triggers, similar to that which occurs during REM sleep. While stimulating one's vision or using bi-lateral stimulation in tandem with memory recall, the practitioner is able to help reprocess or reprogram how that specific memory or trauma is stored and also alleviate the triggers associated with that memory.

After first using EMDR to rid myself of Adderall addiction, we worked further using it as trauma therapy to eliminate the possibility of any addiction in the future. EMDR also helped to target deep seated trauma, beliefs that were limiting, and alleviate my ADHD symptoms.
